She has a deep background in commanding absolute P&L accountability, directing major budgets, and building end-to-end go-to-market systems. Her technical proficiency in organizational design, customer lifecycle management, and revenue attribution structures contributes to the team in directing large-scale corporate and social development initiatives. She looks after the strategic expansion frameworks of AIHMS-Global since its inception and is leading the organizational outreach and multi-stakeholder programs for the pan-India VIKASH-SAMUKHYA consortium platform.
